The photos were the culmination of all the work of getting the house ready to be shown online. In order to determine how to price the house, she had multiple sessions with us about how much she thought the house should be priced. The house was well compared to other houses on the market at the same price point, in the same geography, and with similar square footage. After three days of showing the house with no need for an open house, we received multiple offers and completed the sale remotely as we were not living in the house at the time. I would recommend Mimi to anyone as a very responsive real estate agent. After our home sold, some of my neighbors called me to find out how we managed to get an offer so far above the listing price and my answer was that Mimi did an excellent job of making upgrades, staging the house, taking photos, and pricing the house properly to create multiple offers.

Mimi did a great job looking for homes, and providing us with listings, and taking us to homes to view. When we found our home, and it was one that I didn't want to go see, she insisted. Mimi negotiated with the listing agent and got us a great selling price, and she also negotiated some additional improvements done at the house. I highly recommend Mimi Santoro, who is a great agent.
